'Meditative Mind' 8-week kundalini Yoga class series

In Kundalini, our goal is to live from the balance Neutral Mind as this is where we are able to have a direct connection to the expansive intuition of our Higher Selves.
Kundalini truly is a yogic science, and one of the things that I love about it is that it assists you by upgrading all of your internal patterns. When we create those internal shifts within our nervous systems, we start to see all of the upgrades in the rest of our lives. Don't believe me? Try it.
New to Kundalini Yoga? Awesome.
Beginners are always welcome! Kundalini is an ancient yogic science that has been around for over 4000 years, and is typically comprised of a combination of breathwork, mantra, and some yoga poses, and meditation.
What to expect
Dress in comfortable layers. You are encouraged to wear white or light colored clothing as this enhances your auric field.
We will frequently be seated for meditations so if you have a favorite meditation cushion, sheepskin, or mat, you are welcome to bring it, although we have a plethora of cushions here!
A journal and pen is encouraged. An adventurous and loving spirit is required.
This is a private residence and there are dogs on the property. We've never had issues with anyone experiencing allergies, but I always like to let people know this in advance.
I encourage you to make the commitment for the 8-weeks as a way of keeping YOURSELF on track. There is a 'no refunds' policy as I think this will also help people to remain committed.
