Sat Nam, Prosperous Goddess Babes!!
As part of your amazing course by Amanda Young, here is a Kundalini Yoga Meditation that I've chosen specifically for YOU. There are tons of prosperity meditations in Kundalini, but I felt that this one would be most applicable to this particular group of amazing, brilliant, rock star ladies. "Adi Shakti, Namo, Namo" is the Maha Shakti Meditation - meaning it's the 'big' one - the all encompassing one, the one that is the most powerful. As I explain in the video below, when we chant this, we are tapping into that original primal force, the original Shakti, the feminine birthing of all of creation. By bringing in the extension of the Jupiter finger (the index finger), we are also combining that with expansion and benevolence. That's a seriously prosperous combo! And remember - prosperity is beyond money. It can certainly include it and I've personally experienced an increase in finances when doing this, but I've also experienced receiving things much more powerful than money.
As with any daily practice, it's important for you to:
- Believe in your own expansive creative potential
- Believe in the power of the practice working its magic
- Stick to a doable practice every. single. day. This builds self-discipline and self-trust. I'd suggest starting with committing to 3 minutes a day so that you are successful in completing it!
For this Adi Shakti meditation, ideally, you would set aside a minimum of 3 minutes a day in a private space to do a very connected chanting meditation with this song by Gurudass playing.
However, if that isn't available to you every day, you can also just simply listen to it and chant while driving or taking a walk and still consciously connect with that Divine Mother Shakti energy.
You'll quickly see how powerful it is.
I'd love to know how this goes for you! Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or let me know your experience with it! *Many women can feel the primal power of this chant in their bodies. ;)
