Chanting this mantra lifts one from depression and anger. "Whenever you are in trouble mentally or you are being attacked in one way or another chant these words and opposition will dissolve in your face." - Yogi Bhajan
For this class, we will be using this as a mantra meditation for Surrender:
INSTRUCTIONS: Sit in easy pose with your hands in your lap, one on top of the other. It does not matter which is on top, but both palms must be facing up. Touch the tips of the thumbs. Close your eyes and meditation on the brow point. Chant the mantra aloud for either 3 or 11 minutes.
As with many other mantras in Kundalini Yoga, this can have multiple meanings and multiple benefits. For the purpose of this class, we will focus on using this as a mantra meditation for Surrender. It is also often used in a different way as a meditation for the radiant body. You can check that out here, if you’d like. And all the words and definitions are here too so that you can conveniently print this up.

Week 4: March 17, 2019
This week is all about living in divine alignment and setting healthy boundaries. Watch the lecture here and then do the Foundation for Infinity kriya followed by the Meditation for Boundlessness (or Opening the Tenth Gate) which is at the end of the kriya instructions.
Both the “Tantri Har” and the “Har Har Mukande” tracks are in your spotify playlist, so go ahead and open that now so you have it ready.
I would suggest you do the “Har Har Mukande” to Meditative Mind’s version of the song. It is called “Day 17: Har Har Mukande” on this playlist, and I believe it is towards the bottom of the playlist.
Week 5 - March 24, 2019
Week 6 - March 31, 2019
This is the prayer to get your prayers answered. Heal your Karma, heal your future, and with gratitude, walk the distance to heal your destiny.
After this meditation, do your final relaxation to the song Ik Ardas Wahe Guru, which is also on your Spotify playlist.
