Hi, I’m Olivia

Want to know more about me personally?

Here are some fun facts from a variety of methodologies, tests, and thought platforms.

Astrology: Libra Sun (beauty, harmony, balance), Leo Moon (fucking queen of the jungle - sometimes), Sagittarius Rising (philosophical adventurer)

Chinese Zodiac: Year of the Snake. Been shedding layers of skin since I arrived here. Constant transformation is the name of the game this lifetime.

Human Design: 5/1 Splenic Manifestor (The Challenge Solver). Super accurate for me. Typical Manifestor archetype - comes in hot with downloads straight from Source, builds an empire, and then sneaks out the back door to take a much deserved nap.

Enneagram: Debatable. Test says I’m a 7 (The Enthusiast), followed by a 4 (The Individualist), but I kinda think I’m a strong contender for a healthy 8 (The Challenger).

Myers Briggs: INTP (Introverted, Intuitive, Thinking, and Prospecting personality traits) Somewhat rare personality type with a tendency towards unconventional approaches and unlikely paths. Create things as they go.

StrenghtsFinder Top 5 Strengths: Intellection, Ideation, Strategic, Learner, Achiever. Basically, I’m here for all things cerebral according to this. Totally explains my love for both learning and teaching.

how Olivia became Olivia

I was born on a tiny dot of land in the middle of the Indian Ocean called The Seychelles Islands. There wasn’t really a tv or video games. We ran around naked and made little boats out of coconut husks and used our freaking imaginations. As a teenager, I was a straight-A student, bored and skipping school in the quiet mountains of the Carolinas. My college years were spent getting a double BA in English and French, with the amazing opportunity of studying at the Sorbonne in Paris. Back in the U.S., I started multiple entrepreneurial ventures in the publishing industry in Charleston, SC where I created and ran several different publications. I also “accidentally” became a coach/consultant as a side business back then (around 2005). So many people were coming to me for help with their lives and businesses that I got tired of them “buying me lunch.” I was deep in the publishing world, and coaching wasn’t really anything I had planned on. As a matter of fact, I had a lot of resistance to it, but more about that another day. Let’s just say, the coaching profession chose me.

After a while, the cocktail parties and the deadlines started feeling shallow and boring, and I went even deeper into all those typical existential questions we all get to at some point:

Why am I here? What is my purpose? Is this all there is? How do I live a life that feels meaningful? Is there a God?

You know, real simple stuff.

I was determined to find my answers. This quest for purpose, meaning, and a clear sense of who I was became more important than everything else, because if I didn’t know those things, then what was the point in any of the rest of it??

So, I sold my art magazine business, got rid of everything I owned and moved to California to complete a Master's in Spiritual Psychology. Being a lifelong student, I then decided to get certified in Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, then it was Conscious Communication, then it was shadow work, Jungian Dream work, trauma-informed therapy, Tantra, breathwork, intuitive readings, and most recently, subconscious reprogramming with PSYCH-K. Who knows what will come next? ;) Of course, there are a few books I plan on writing along the way too.

I am truly fascinated with the human mind, heart, and psyche, and I am deeply passionate about helping others learn how to reconnect with their Authentic Selves, and move the limiting beliefs and repetitive patterns that are keeping them stuck.

My own journey of self discovery has been one of the most challenging – and rewarding – experiences of my life so far.

I’ve been blessed with many teachers, and so, so many learning opportunities along the way.

I love that I can now say, with confidence, that with each passing day,

I am becoming more and more a person that I actually really like.

I have a massive toolbox of go-to skills whenever life throws the next challenge my way.

You too can have that experience of inner peace and confidence.

Let’s get you some tools.

All of it is learnable, and it is what I teach people everyday.
